Terms and Conditions for Online Sales for Vittorio Ragone, located in the Furniture and Arts Building, 533 King’s Rd, London SW10 0TZ, Specialist in Antiques and 20th Century Italian Design.

General
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of antiques and 20th Century Italian design items by Vittorio Ragone, located in the Furniture and Arts Building, 533 King’s Rd, London SW10 0TZ (“Seller”) to the buyer (“Buyer”) through the Seller’s website or any other online platform.
1.2 The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that by making a purchase from the Seller, the Buyer accepts these Terms.
1.3 These Terms supersede any other terms or conditions previously published by the Seller or implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

Items for Sale
2.1 The Seller specializes in the sale of antiques and 20th Century Italian design items.
2.2 The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and photographs of items for sale are accurate and up-to-date, but makes no warranty or representation that any item for sale is fit for any particular purpose or use.

Prices and Payment
3.1 The prices of items for sale are as displayed on the Seller’s website or any other online platform at the time of purchase.
3.2 Payment for items purchased from the Seller shall be made in full by the Buyer at the time of purchase, in GBP.
3.3 All prices displayed by the Seller are inclusive of VAT, if applicable.

Delivery and Shipping
4.1 The Seller may, at the Buyer’s request, arrange for delivery or shipping of items purchased from the Seller. The cost of delivery or shipping shall be agreed upon separately and will depend on specific requirements.
4.2 The Seller will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items during transit. The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring that items are adequately insured during transit.
4.3 The Seller may agree to ship items abroad, subject to any restrictions or requirements imposed by law.

Refunds and Returns
5.1  The Seller shall have the right to refuse a refund or return if the item has been damaged or altered in any way since the time of purchase.

Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Buyer in connection with the sale of any item.
6.2 The Seller’s liability for any direct loss or damage suffered by the Buyer in connection with the sale of any item shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the item.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
